Lovely double room in Salisbury

Lovely double room available in well kept house with spacious shared areas.
I am a live in landlady but I like things to be equal in the house and for my lodger to feel at home. The room will go to someone who I will get on well with, someone social and considerate. You will need to be friendly, fun, clean, tidy and ideally an animal lover. Mon-Fri lets considered. Applicants with cats will be considered, but I don’t think the current floof would like dogs, sorry.
The house is within an easy walk to the train station and city centre, and has free, on road parking nearby.
Bills and council tax included. Long term only.
Work, rental and personal references will be required.
