I have a very well maintained double room available to a professional or student. The room is in a 3 bed house, approx. 10 mins. walk to the centre of Salisbury. The house has a nice garden for the summertime!
I am renting the room as my son is moving to his own home and I now have a room to spare!
I am a working female who will be the only other person living in the house. I work shifts including every other weekend so the house will be free a fair amount.
I'm looking for a sensible, clean and tidy person to share with - preferably a female. I have two cats, a rabbit and grandkids who come to stay fairly regularly.
The price includes all bills including council tax and internet.
