The smaller double bedroom is available immediately. There is also the option of renting the larger bedroom for a higher price, by agreement. The bathroom is shared.

No parking space available but parking close by free from 6pm onwards

The house is currently occupied by a young professional female, and the ideal housemate would also be a tidy, prefessional female who does not work from home.

Please note, the household includes a young, friendly, and playful golden retriever, so applicants must be comfortable around dogs.
