Salisbury city centre

Beautifully restored old salisbury city building …3 minutes from the centre of town and 10 minutes to the station. The building has 3 other apartments…no smoking /pets or children …so very quiet block of apartments…all owned by my husband and me. This apartment has 3 bedrooms and a large sitting room/kitchen /diner …each room has private facilities. It’s at the top of the building which is light airy and cool …central heating for the winter…the boiler is new, so very efficient. The council tax band is B …so the bills are reasonable. Both ladies already in the apartment are warm and very friendly. ..and have made the apartment their home , so it’s very comfortable, clean and homely.
