Small furnished double room available to rent (single occupancy) in my house. Based just outside Salisbury (Old Sarum area). On bus route to Salisbury and Porton Down and walking distance to supermarket.
Room is available on a Mon-Fri basis (£90pw) but can negotiate a lower rent for fewer days. Would suit someone working away from home. Not suitable for prolonged periods of home working.
The room itself has a 4ft double bed and has a free sat cable and receiver if required.
Plenty of on street parking near the house - off street parking by negotiation.
Full use of kitchen and lounge/conservatory and a nice garden to relax in (Summer). Shared bathroom and separate toilet downstairs.
