Double room in lovely house with 2 cats and puppy

Double room to rent in a spacious, much loved house with two cats. My house is open plan downstairs with a separate lounge and fitted kitchen and access to my small terraced garden. The bathroom is shared. The house is in the town centre, close to all shops and Salisbury train station. The room is furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers for storage.

You must be a cat lover and non-allergic as I have two young British Shorthair girls!

I'm looking for a neat, tidy, quiet and respectful professional person to share Mon-Friday only. I work in London during the week too.

References are essential and a tenancy agreement will be drawn up between us.
