Double room in my 2 bed end of terrace house based in Old Sarum. Upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet. Use of kitchen.
Parking space available
Regularly bus service to Salisbury or Amesbury also 5 minutes walk from park and ride.
Quiet household.
No visitors allowed.
Price includes all bills.
This is a Monday to friday let so suitable for student or someone coming here for work only.
Would also consider shorter stays, one or two nights if that is all thats needed also 7 days a week but only up to 2-3 months while you find permanent accommodation but would require identification and deposit still.
