It is in a reasonably quiet area but also close to shops, supermarkets, gyms, restaurants and take aways. There’s a bus route to town centre, Salisbury District Hospital and Wiltshire college. The nearest bus stop is only 3 minutes away.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared with 2 people (mother and 20 year old son). The house has a private garden with table, chairs and BBQ.
The rent is £160 per week or £700 per month including all the utility bills, council tax and wi-fi/broadband. The deposit is £800 which is 5 weeks of rent. Looking for a non-smoker person.
