Nice Room In Peaceful House, Near Station

Room with large built in wardrobes, overlooking garden in 2 bedroom terraced Victorian house in quiet no through road, 5 mins walk of station and Waitrose and 10 minutes to town centre, There is Broadband. Sky, Double bed, chests of drawers or desk. Bedding can be provided.
On street car parking permit can be available if required (at a pro rata rate per p. a.) There is also parking sometimes available at the end of the cul de sac.

There is a lovely walk by the river up to Old Sarum Castle through the water meadows.

I would like someone who wants a fairly quiet life in the house and I am happy to have a chat but am not intrusive and it would be great to have a like-minded person and a few friend! I am young at heart and enjoy a laugh. I work part time.

I have an elderly cat who is quite a character and talks a lot, so she would love to have a cat friendly extra person here to chat with!
