Lovely bright double room available in spacious but cosy house situated 5 mins walk to the train station and 10 mins to the city centre. The room is fully furnished including a very comfy bed, drawers and a desk (happy to replace with a clothes rail if needed).

You would be sharing with a 42 year old female who enjoys getting to know different types of people and would like to share her home with friendly and considerate people.

The room is available on a short term basis from 1 night to 3 months. Mon-Fri lets also considered.

Bills and council tax included. Fast broadband and Netflix/Apple TV included.

1 month deposit needed for stays over 1 month.
