House was renovated about 18 months ago. The room is furnished, including a TV in the bedroom. Quiet, clean household. Not a party house. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Good broadband connectivity. Outside there is a garden and parking space. On the bus route to the town centre and hospital. Vegetarian household. Cleaner attends once per fortnight and cleans all rooms. All bills included.

Minimum term one month, and max term 6 months. If you require a longer rental period or a Monday to Friday let, then happy to discuss. Would suit NHS employee on rotation, or someone needing shorter term accommodation whilst they relocate to Salisbury.

I work from home as a solicitor, therefore it’s not suitable for someone who works at home. There is a desk and Wi-Fi in the bedroom if you need to study in the evenings. Available from around 25 May (possibly sooner, depending on when my current lodger completes her flat purchase).
