Lovely double room, centre of town, good parking

Beautiful two bed flat located in the centre of Salisbury town right next to the train station and with a private parking space. One of my rooms will be available again from end of September / beginning of October so I’m looking for a new tenant. It’s a lovely room with 2 windows, a small build in wardrobe and it comes furnished with a lovely bed that is lift up to provide adequate storage space underneath. The flat is beautiful, well kept, very warm and very central. All bills included apart from electric that is payed separately every 6 months - this is done off metre readings and price varies on individual usage.
