Description

We have a newly refurbished double bedroom with adjoining private bathroom to offer.
The bedroom contains 1 small double bed, clothes rail and desk/bureau.
The bathroom contains 1 toilet, sink and electric power shower.
The room is located on our lower ground/basement floor and is therefore separate from landlord living quarters and offers good privacy.
Shared facilities include kitchen, dining room, lounge and garden. Access to cooking equipment and crockery is permitted.
We have a small dog (terrier-cross) named Larry who is very friendly and house trained. Tenants must be animal friendly and respectful.
Tenant is expected to keep the space clean and tidy and will have access to necessary cleaning equipment to use as and when required. Kitchen is fitted with a washing machine and tumble drier.
All bills are included in the rate, including access to super fast broadband.
Our home is walking distance from Salisbury Train Station (25mins) and the City Center (15mins).

There is no parking available.
