Double Room available September

We have a spacious double room (single occupancy only) with comfortable bed in a large house in Harnham with nice furnishings and communal areas. There is a pleasant 15 min walk via town path (+ access to bus) into centre. Nearest pub 5 min walk. Very quiet neighbourhood with no through traffic.

The house is currently up for sale but the room is available till the house sells which is not likely for another 3 months at least. We have a cat so need a cat lover or at least someone who doesn’t dislike cats.

The room has TV and DVD player. High speed WiFi is available. Small fold away desk.

Large wardrobe/storage space. Two chests of drawers.

The lodger will also have access to a shared kitchen, living room with sofa and TV, and a garden with patio. There is a driveway and additional on-street parking.

The lodger will enjoy short periods of being the sole occupant of the property.

All bills are included.
