I have a spacious double room (single occupancy only) with comfortable bed in a large house in Harnham with nice furnishings and communal areas. There is a pleasant 15 min walk via town path (+ access to bus) into centre. Nearest pub 5 min walk. Very quiet neighbourhood with no through traffic.

The room has TV and DVD player. High speed WiFi is available. Small fold away desk.

Large wardrobe/storage space. Two chests of drawers.

The lodger will also have access to a shared kitchen, living room with sofa and TV, and a garden with patio. There is a driveway and additional on-street parking.

The lodger will enjoy short periods of being the sole occupant of the property..

Reduced rate may be available for cat lover prepared to feed/water my cat for periods of time..

All bills are included.
