Lovely pine double room next to the leisure centre, 10min walk from centre. Sharing with landlord and one other female lodger. Female preferred as the bathroom will be shared with one other female.

MOST bills are included (15% contribution required each month towards the gas/electric bill) in each property. All other bills included.

Resident parking available on request from the council.

BILLS: Water, internet, council tax, etc included in the rent. Gas/electric bill shared between tenants and landlord. Landlord pays 25% and each tenant contributes 15%. Property fitted with smart meters and the bill will be paid monthly as the supplier invoices it. This bill varies month to month depending on usage.
