Our flat sits in the ground-floor of a large Victorian house on an elevated residential street overlooking central Salisbury. It's about a 8-10 minute walk to Market Square. The flat has its own courtyard garden. Milford Hill is a Conservation Area.

There are two large bedrooms - one used by the current tenant - a large kitchen and high-spec bathroom (both shared with the current tenant). The flat was fully renovated throughout in 2022 when we moved into the house. The second bedroom, which is the one now advertised, looks out on to a tree-lined garden terrace and veranda.

Council tax band B applies, but this and other utility bills are included in the rent.

We and our current tenant are looking for someone who doesn't intend to work or study from home on a regular basis, is looking for somewhere quiet and tidy, and is happily inclined to help maintain it that way. If you fit the bill, the flat won't disappoint.

Please note that on-street parking is free for two hours at a time, also from 6pm, and all day Sunday. Residential parking permits are available. When one of us is away from home, you're welcome to use one of the driveway spaces.
