Room to rent in cosy house

We live in a cosy home in Salisbury. I’m moving cities for a new job so one of the rooms will become available from February!
The house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a cosy living room and kitchen. It has a small garden.
The room for let is on the first floor and shares its bathroom with one other tenant. It’s a large, modern bathroom with a lovely walk in shower.
The room to rent comes unfurnished.
The base rent is £545 with £55 on top for council tax and £90 for bills.
The remaining tenants are two friendly healthcare workers and one of the tenants has a very polite and quiet 11 year old daughter who shares the upstairs area with her mother.
We’re a friendly bunch! We do our own thing a lot, especially as the girls do shift work, but there are lots of evenings where we will all sit around and catch up.
There is a two car driveway that only myself and one other tenant use, so there will be a driveway space available.
We live right near 2 parks, old Sarum and a bus stop for easy transport into the city. The city is also only a 20 minute walk. There is a co-op 1 minute walk away.
It’s a cosy little home. I’ve enjoyed being here and I’m sure anyone else would be, too!
