Double room in central Salisbury

I’m looking for a friendly, considerate housemate to share my beautifully renovated home in Salisbury (SP1).

I’d love to live with someone who appreciates good interior design and enjoys a calm and cared-for home. The room is available from March, and I’m open to both short- and long-term lets. Ideally suited to someone who doesn’t work from home.

The house is within easy walking distance of Salisbury city centre and the train station, making it ideal for non-drivers. Street parking is available with a permit (available at an additional cost).

The spare room is a cosy double with a comfortable bed and feather duvet (if needed). It also houses the airing cupboard, making it especially snug. A large window overlooks the garden and the trees beyond Greencroft Park, so the room is peaceful and not road-facing.

Shared spaces include a comfy sitting room with a log burner for winter evenings, and a high-quality kitchen with two ovens and an induction hob. I’m looking for someone who enjoys living in a well-kept space and is respectful of shared areas.

The shared bathroom includes both a bath and a rainfall shower.

Outside, the garden has a small terrace with a vintage wrought-iron table and chairs; perfect for summer evenings.

All bills, including Wi-Fi, are included in the rent.
