1 Bed Annexe - Quiet Salisbury Area

We are just readying our annex having recently moved back to Salisbury. It has a living room, bedroom, small newly refurbished kitchenette (well I'm still tiling it but will be done soon) with washer dryer, cooking hobs and a multi oven, and ensuite bathroom. We will be renewing all of the furniture, TV, sofa, kitchen items etc. We are aiming to have it ready by the middle of June. Rent includes council tax, which if you pay yourself will be taken off the total amount. All bills and high speed internet are also included with the option to get your own sky or virgin subscription if you wish. Separate entrance and although on street parking (quiet area with plenty), we will be adding bigger off-road parking area in the coming months. We have a big secure garden, but our intention is to portion off a section of it for the annex at a later date (ultimately we want to maintain both our privacy and yours). We will be doing some building work over the next year or so, but would ensure this didn't impact the annexe too greatly (it is mostly internal renovation with a small extension which I will self build).

About us:
We are quite a private family (me a senior manager in construction, my wife a local council homelessness prevention officer, our 3 year old girl and our 5 year old rescue dog. He is very well behaved and friendly to others.
