Comfortable Monday to Friday let in great area

I am renting a room in my house Monday - Friday, when I am generally working away.


Newly renovated, in a great part of Salisbury, a short walk to the station, with easy access to the surrounding countryside, it would be ideal for someone working here Monday to Friday. 

I am renting the house fully furnished, on an all inclusive basis, all bills included, including weekly cleaning, meaning you don’t need to worry about anything.

The house has the following:

- Fully equipped kitchen 
- Washer and dryer 
- Log burner with logs supplied
- Central heating 
- New bed, linen, towels etc. 
- Workspace area in bedroom 
- Virgin fibre broadband 
- Smart TV in bedroom 

I am looking for someone that is clean, tidy and will look after the place. I work away most of the time Monday to Friday, so you would usually have sole use of the house whilst you are there. 

The rental agreement would be on the basis of a licence to occupy.

The small double room is very comfortable for one but a squeeze for two, so I am renting on the basis of single occupancy.
