Double room in quirky but quiet house ......

The room has a double bed with hanging space and shelves ... you will have a bathroom for your sole use with shower and bath. This would suit a professional person who needs somewhere to lay their head Monday to Friday only and is after a quiet-ish life. It might be possible to include dinner if you are particularly busy or hate cooking - I am reasonably busy but like cooking..... do note though I need someone that goes home to family/other far more interesting life on a Friday to be welcomed back on a Monday; in other words the weekends sadly are not an option as I have a very grumpy partner who comes home then. I work from home and have an unfriendly cat who you will barely see. I am the opposite of my cat in terms of friendliness and you will probably see me sometimes! The house is four storeys and my room and bathroom are on the top floor. The floor below me is the bathroom for your use, my son's bedroom (he's at university in Bristol) and my office. Your bedroom is the floor below that, where there is also a bright sitting room with massive TV and a cute balcony with views of the garden and mainly trees beyond that. The kitchen is in the basement with loo/utility room and a dining room opposite. Parking on Palmer Road is a bit hit and miss especially after 5pm - I do have a car port out the back of the house which might be available at times. We are right next to a track that leads down to fields and the river .... but equally just a 10 min walk into town - we have the best of both worlds! Come and have a look!
