🌿 Lovely Double Room Available in Friendly Home

A bright, fully furnished double room with a king-size bed is available in my welcoming home. The room comes with access to a separate, well-equipped kitchen featuring a table and chairs, microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer, double hob, and fridge freezer.

📶 Internet and all bills are included, and there’s plenty of parking. The property is on a main bus route with regular services to the hospital and town centre—just a 1-minute walk away.

You’ll be sharing facilities with another lodger upstairs. I live downstairs and occasionally use the bathroom for baths (I have my own toilet).

🛁 The home has gas central heating, bath and shower facilities, and use of a washing machine (airers are provided for drying). I also take care of cleaning the communal areas.

Please note, I have a large, friendly dog who can be a bit vocal at times but is quiet at night and kept separate from your space.

I’ve previously shared my home with two lovely female lodgers, and we’ve had a great, supportive arrangement — they’re now relocating, so I’ll have two double rooms available soon.

Rent can be paid weekly monthly or calendar monthly and must be by direct debit, no overnight guests unless pre arranged.
