I am looking for a flatmate, for the 2nd bedroom in my flat. Tts a good-sized room with, dedicated desk - Strong Wifi
Large cupboard and shelf + chest of drawers. The bed is an IKEA sofa bed You can put a mattress topper on it to make more comfortable. You’re also welcome to bring your own bed if you prefer that.
Proper shared living space, in the living room, large internet tv, and large amount of cupboard storage space.
Kitchen has large Fridge, Gas hob + Electric Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher and ots of storage space.
Bathroom has an electric shower over bath ( instant heat), and more storage.
There is also the advantage of Underground parking.
15 min walk to Salisbury train station, and 12 min walk to city centre. Plenty of supermarkets nearby.
The bills are not included but come to around £220 month extra. Council Tax Band C
Happy to share with someone who is tidy, clean, considerate. In my spare time I like djing, gaming, travelling and history.
