Large Furnished Room With Own Bathroom

My partner and I are looking for a new lodger to fill one of our spare rooms.

It's a nice sized room, furnished with a canvas wardrobe, chest of draws and a double bed.

Right next to the room is bathroom, with a toilet, sink, bath with a fitted shower in the bath and this is the lodgers own personal bathroom

We live in a quiet area with plenty of parking.

There is a park and ride station 5 minutes walk from our house.

We have just finished our garden, so relaxing after work on the decking is a regular thing for us.

We have 3 rabbits which live outside .

Our new lodger must be clean and tidy, they are expected to help with maintaining the cleaning and be respectful of our house and belongings.

The lodger will have access to the whole house, except our bedroom...this means they will have access to the gym equipment in the garage.

We appreciate people may like a partner over, we don't mind this, but within reason.

We offer broadband, evening and weekend calls to land lines from our house phone and we have sky in the living room. we will supply the lodger with the code to register one device with sky go, so if they own a computer/laptop/tablet/smart phone they can watch tv else where if they do not wish to watch tv in the living room.

We are a fun couple who enjoy life, we like to socialise but respect the neighbours.
