Clean Comfortable And Friendly

Hi I have a double sized room with bed a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and side table soon to be available. A gd wifi service in the home and use of washing machine with own small fridge and cupboard space.
Use of shared bathroom with the children only as I have ensuite but also a downstairs shower room. I am the live in landlord with 2 well mannered children my partner home at the weekends.

There is parking outside in a cul de sac style not off road. A very regular bus service to town which is 5 mins drive. We have a local shop open all day till 10 at night for convenience. Any questions feel free to contact for any other questions as im a very easy going person.
