Single accommodation near city centre Mon-Fri

In a spacious Victorian house located in walking distance to the city centre and station. Two single sized connected rooms on the second floor. One as bedroom and the other as sitting room. Carpeted and furnished with own shower room next to it. TV with Freeview in room.

Suitable for single professional person on a Monday to Friday basis and ideal for regular business contractors in Salisbury.

Full time 7 day let available for short term if required.

Shared kitchen use with all equipment for all meal preparations and eating in if you wish but you can eat in your room if preferred. A shelf available in my fridge for any weekly fresh goods. Small Co-op handy around the corner.

Cleaning included: Bedroom and bathroom cleaned weekly If you use supplied towels they are changed weekly, same with bed linen every two weeks. If you bring your own you are of course asked to organise your own laundry. There is a good laundromat in town.

There is space for a car on the forecourt but we may have to juggle parking every now and then. Street parking is limited to 2 hours daily during the week but weekends are unlimited.
