Double room in house share available

Hi!

Nicely organised, fully furnished double room available in what was previously our family home (now moved away) and being let as individual rooms.

Also has a shared living room, kitchen, a bathroom and a shower-room, and utility. Central heating, of course.

Professionals only please, as we find you tend to want a nice place to live, and it is therefore nicely kept too! To keep things 'neutral' we have a Letting Agent who sorts out deposits, viewings etc, but we like to speak to people first as a personal touch. Bills etc all included, but housemates share whatever internet arrangements they would like to make.

If you are new to the area, this house is 'cunningly located' a very easy walk into town, but is up above any noise up a small hill and on a little road, so it feels quietly tucked away. Since I am a medic it was previously let to various hospital staff types, so if you are one of these it might suit you too.
