Furnished double bedroom in clean relaxed home

Spacious fully furnished double bedroom in a detached bungalow, countryside village location 10min from Salisbury, large garden, outdoor swimming pool, off-road parking and garage, all bills included.

I'm looking for a non-smoking, very clean, considerate and conscientious professional person who is also easy going and friendly with my animals. I have a friendly but large dog and small friendly cat. I am a clean and tidy professional female, non-smoker, easy going and love to chat but also respect quite time, I'm busy a lot of the time but happy to sit and chat with a cup of tea on occasions. I am also very LGBTQ friendly and open minded.
I work weekdays and weekends on nights shifts so need to sleep during the day. On my days off I'm back to sleeping at night and usually busy with something like doing house and garden maintenance and DIY projects, and occasionally sit down to chill in front of the TV. I can also be out visiting friends, shopping or away for up to a few days seeing my girlfriend.

The room available to rent is fully furnished with double bed and high quality mattress, solid oak 3 door wardrobe and drawer unit, dresser, chair, mirror, bookcase and bedside table. The south facing room has a large window with a view of the garden.
You would be using a clean shared bathroom with mains pressure shower, toilet and sink, there is also a second toilet within the property.
You'd also have full use of a well equipped kitchen, your own full size fridge freezer and plenty of food storage in the kitchen. The utility room has a washing machine and washing line for drying as well as ironing facilities.
You're welcome to share the use of a dining room with a beautiful view of the garden and a largish open lounge with comfy sofas, large TV, surround sound and entertainment facilities.
There is gas central heating and double glazing throughout the house, in the winter I keep the house comfortably warm at all hours and in the summer, windows can be flung open to welcome the sun.
I do have an outdoor swimming pool available for use in the summer months and patio area for BBQ's and gatherings. You can have full use of a large grassed garden. I have a brick built secured garage which is available for storage of a motorbike/bicycle or boxes and plenty off road parking on the driveway.

The bungalow is located in the village of Winterbourne Dauntsey on the A338 just north of Salisbury, 10-15 minute drive into Salisbury City centre or Amesbury, fast links to A303. It is also on a direct bus route to Salisbury City. The village has a pub, church and small shop with post office, beautiful surroundings and lovely walks through fields and countryside and around the river Bourne, 25 min walk to Figsbury Ring.

All bills are included, gas, water, electric, council tax, and broadband. There is high speed wifi throughout the property, freeview and satellite TV connections available locally in the room.
