3 Bed House Share with Landlord

Hi, I have a good sized double room to let in my 3 bed house. Available from now.
This is a large, well finished semi detached property with gardens to front and rear with car parking for three cars on the driveway with more on the road. No parking restrictions apply.

The room is not huge but it is fully furnished and has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws bedside table has a TV..

The House benefits from Wi-Fi broadband connection and an office is available for any work or socialising for your use. The downstairs is mainly a large living area with four seater sofa and two recliner leather chairs with bookcase and sideboard. This then leads onto a large conservatory that houses three seater sofa, chair and dinning table with seating for six adults.

The kitchen is somewhat dated but has all the necessary appliances, such as double oven, plenty of cupboards, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. In the Utility room there is 5ft freezer under counter fridge washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a downstairs loo and then our Gym where I like to work out to keep fit and healthy ( At my age I have to or things will start to drop off.) You are very welcome to use the facilities.

Upstairs is two double bedrooms and a small bedroom converted into an office. Yours will be the bedroom in the photos overlooking the conservatory and rear garden.

The shared Bathroom has both bath and shower facilities WC and basin. Mirrored cabinet, Storage unit and the door locks for privacy.

The area is quiet with very little traffic. The neighbours are friendly and I never have any trouble at all. Buses run into Salisbury town centre every ten minutes and the continue to the Hospital on the R1 route. Its about 15 minutes into town or twenty five minutes to the hospital

I live alone presently and so living with easy going me will mean you will have the house to yourself when I am at work or out. The house mate I am looking for will be honest and trustworthy and the need to get on with each other is essential. I am very flexible to almost anything and will help and support as much as possible but this is my house and I will be paying the vast majority of the bills so please confide in me any problems and I am sure we will get along fine.
