I am look to sub-let one of the rooms in my maisonette.

It is a double room for £450p. m. Which includes bills and broadband.

It is located about 5 min walk away from the gym, 5/10 walk from the train station about 5/10 mins away from Waitrose and Sainsburys and about 10 min walk from town.

The other tenant works at Salisbury hospital and there is a bus just around the corner which takes you to it.

I like to keep fit and healthy and I am regularly at the gym.

Both the other tenant and I enjoy our early nights throughout the week so we are looking for a likewise young professional.

We are both really easy going and up for a laugh!
