Furnished double room in the centre of Salisbury

A furnished double bedroom is available in my two bed roomed flat in the centre of Salisbury. I am looking for a tidy, friendly female to rent my spare room.

My flat is right in the city centre, a few minutes walk from the market place and within very easy reach of the railway station. The room is the larger of the two bedrooms in the flat and is furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of draws and chair. I will provide bedding and towels if necessary and will change and wash these for you on a weekly basis. I am also happy to clean your room too, but at a minimal extra cost. You are welcome to use the kitchen, living room and bathroom when you like, but I do ask that when I am around that you're reasonably quiet and respectful of my use of the flat. I will provide you with ample cupboard, fridge and freezer space.

Your bedroom has two large windows and high ceilings making it feel very light and airy. All electricity and water bills are included unless you use these supplies excessively, in which case I would ask for an additional sum to cover the higher bills. Wifi is included in the monthly fee, as is a parking permit for nearby on street parking. TV connection is available, but you will need to bring your own television.

I also ask for 1 month rent to be paid up front, this will then be deducted or refunded at the end of your rental period.

I am a trainee solicitor with a local law firm. I am a social, friendly person who enjoys singing (but not in the flat), running, sailing, cooking and generally being active.
