Double bedroom to rent in shared house, Salisbury

One person required to fill a spacious first floor double bedroom with large window and high ceiling in a fully-furnished shared house.
The other bedroom is top floor attic double room at the rear of the house.
it is a friendly home with two bathrooms, comfy shared lounge and a clean shared kitchen. Large garden with enclosed patio area (with BBQ), which we are currently working on to make it much nicer.
2 bathrooms.
The house is less than a 10 minute walk to the train station and just a few more minutes into town. It's also conveniently located on a regular bus route.

Current housemates are sociable, welcoming and respectful; one aero engineer and one working in marketing.
