Double Room near Hospital

A good sized double room with built in wardrobe, own bathroom and free use of the kitchen/diner and lounge. Patio and garden included.

A newish house with a local shop within 200 yards.

I have 2 girls, who are aged 19 and 22. They sometimes come to stay, so a female only please.

I'm a clean, business professional who likes to be happy and smile, so the atmosphere is relaxed and fun. I have my own bedroom and bathroom on the 3rd floor, so you'll have your own space.

The room has a double bed, and other furniture, but if you prefer your own bed, that's no problem.

Ideal location for the hospital, and a 25 minute walk to the station. There's a shed and garage here, as well as free parking. Happy to supply a bike for trips to town!

Really important - Only clean, respectful and mature people need apply! I've had enough of having to clean up after immature drunken kids to last a lifetime!
