Double room to rent. Walking distance + bus routes

Hi, I have a double room available to rent in a 3 bed house. I live with my 4y old daughter and have one tenant in already. The room is furnished, in quiet location, walking distance from city center, 10 min walk from train station, 5 min from bus stop and local shop. There's garden and on road parking. We are very easy going, tidy people who like to have a good laugh but also appreciate their own space. I'm looking for £100 p/w all bills inc.
