Housemate Wanted For Friendly House :)

Hi, I'm Kate. I'm looking for a house mate to share with myself and one other in a 3 bed house in Salisbury. We are both easy-going, friendly, normal peeps looking for someone similar.
The house is on a quiet street, 15/20 walk into the centre of town and 5 minutes from local supermarket and garage. There is a garden and decking that sees lots of sun in the summer, perfect for BBQ's!
The room available is a furnished double, its very quiet as its on the detached side of the house.
We are both professionals in our 30's and would prefer someone of a similar age, would be lovely to have someone friendly that I can have the odd glass of vino with!
The price includes all bills, broadband etc.
It is a happy, chilled house so no negative norms ;)
