Single room in Old Sarum Salisbury

Small front of house room in large home. Shared use of kitchen- diner. Sole use of snug, large dining table for study or work in a separate room. There are four buses an hour into Salisbury. We are a professional couple looking for a clean quiet person to share our home. We have had lodgers before and are fair and honest and expect the same in return including keeping common areas such as kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room tidy. The rent includes a shower a day and a load of washing each week. We do have terriers and they are well trained. We have a large single garage that can be offered at an extra £120 PCM. Otherwise parking is on the street. A separate cupboard for food is allocated and a mini fridge as well as a shelf in the main fridge. The room will have wooden shutters by end if March.
