This is a shared house with professional people., There is a living room with flat screen TV, utility room / cloakroom and a private garden. The house is situated in central Salisbury. and easy walking distance to shops, and British rail. Permit parking is available through the local Council

The rental includes all bills, wifi and a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.

There is no deposit and we will ask you to sign a 6 month tenancy agreement. References are required.
