We are a professional couple who are both into physical training. We are looking for a professional person who is easy going and who likes animals as we have a nervous rescue dog and 1 cat. The room available is a large double room which is furnished and has a tv point. Wireless broadband is also available. Shared kitchen, lounge, bathroom and garden. 10 mins walk from city centre. on street parking (permit available). As we both are into cycling we have a room available for bike storage. Happy to negotiate on price if this is not your primary residence and therefore you require it for less days a week.
