Salisbury Double room for single occupancy

I have a good sized double attic room available now in central Salisbury. The room has its own washbasin, double wardrobe, double bed and chest of drawers. The room is for single occupancy only (sorry no couples), though the occasional guest is fine. There is a shower and toilet on the same floor shared by one other.

Other facilities include a communal lounge with TV and dining table and chairs, shared kitchen, utility room with washer and drier and garden. The rent includes all bills broadband and a weekly cleaner. Current housemates are professional people.

This is a strictly no-smoking house which also includes the garden! There is on- street permit parking available. Waitrose, the town centre and train station are all a few minutes walk away.

There is no deposit but we do require refs. Rent is payable one month in advance.
