I have a single room available in a shared house in Salisbury. The property is within 10 mins walking distance of the market square, 15 mins from the station and 5 mins from Waitrose. There is no parking outside the house.

This room has a small double bed, a chest of drawers and a double wardrobe. There is an adjacent bathroom shared with one other.
Downstairs there is a shared living room, kitchen and utility room with washer and drier. There is an enclosed back garden /patio area with shed suitable for storing a bicycle.

Rental includes wifi, bills and a weekly cleaner for the communal areas. The room is available for a 6 month let or longer. Please text or email with your details to include job circumstances and date / time preferences for viewing.
