Available from 1st August, Large double room for single occupancy in our spacious detached Victorian house with one to two other lodgers, myself, my husband and small friendly dog Wilbur. This is perfect accommodation for those working away from home during the week or on contract. Monday to Friday preferably but can be flexible on the occasional weekend or those needing to return Sunday evening. Best suited for an over 30 professional. The lodgers have for easy access a shared upstairs fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster so can be quite self contained but can also have full access to our kitchen and utilities. We occupy the ground floor of the house. We are well located close to the city centre (7 mins walk), Waitrose, Sports Direct and Homesense, leisure centre and riverside pub are within 5 mins walk! There is also an Avon valley path and nature reserve within a five minute walk as well. There is safe nearby on street parking from 4pm to 10am.
