The room is at the front of the house with double bed, matching chest of drawers and bedside tables and a bookshelf. There is also a couple of chairs, a clothes rail, full length mirror and bedside lamp. Sash windows with wooden blinds, laminate floor and lockable door. The room has a cast iron fireplace (not working for decoration only) and feature brick wall. Radiator with its own thermostat and radiator cover.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED, Virgin TV package and very fast broadband.

Wardrobe space available in an adjoining room.

In a fully-furnished, centrally-heated house with fitted kitchen (shared fridge/freezer washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fan oven, ceramic hob, lots of pots/pans cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery etc); dining room (with comfy armchair, piano - which you are welcome to use, table and chairs; shared living room with tv, Virgin TiVo box, sofas, side table and fully working wood burner; shared bathroom with bath and shower over. The house is kept well maintained and expect anyone sharing to keep the place clean and tidy.

The house is a flat walk into city center (close to Waitrose, train station, leisure center and the new River Park).

We are a completely non-smoking household so if you are a smoker this in not suitable for you. I don't allow smoking inside or outside of the house. I'm looking for clean, tidy person as we all clear up after ourselves. Itw quiet housrle All bills are included in the rent. We have fast Virgin broadband and Virgin cable tv, all included in the rent.

There is on street parking but you will need to organise a permit via the council. A 12 month permit was £60 last time I enquired. Unlike some parking zones 99% of the time you can find a space in the street. The street is a no through road is fairly quiet with a mix of families and professional people.
