A double room in owner occupied house with excellent views. There is an ensuite bathroom. The room is large enough for sofa etc. .
There is a dining/sitting room, with large TV connected to Sky for the tenant’s sole use.. Also available: a washing machine, dishwashers, wifi, and off road parking. Bicyle storage is offered in the garage
Wilton is 10-15 mins drive from central Salisbury. and a 20 minute bicycle route. There are 4 buses an hour to central Salisbury. Wilton has many amenities- supermarkets, pubs restaurants and varied shops. There is easy access to Grovely Woods for off road`cycling, running and walking.
Tenant ideally male, full time employed, over 30 and not normally working from home. I have a very friendly cat, so needless to say must like cats. A reference from employer or previous landlord is required. Short term lets considered but rent will be negotiable.
I am fully vaccinated and would expect the same from a tenant.
