I'm an older lady, working full time, looking for a quiet, clean, friendly lodger. I have a well behaved dog that doesn't shed fur, she's used to having a lodger and will respect your space.

The room was newly built about 7 years ago, with modern good quality fixtures and fittings, large built-in wardrobe, lovely toilet/shower room, small double clean comfy bed, quiet and cosy.
You'd be welcome to share our open-plan living area, a modern well equipped kitchen and nice gardens. No smoking indoors.

We're in a great location just round the corner from the Leisure Centre and nature reserve, town and station 10 min walk, street permit parking.
