I have a good sized double With sole use of family bathroom shower/bath ( not ensuite). Room has a large double built in wardrobe, and king size bed.

The house is in a quiet location and is a friendly easy going household. Sharing with one other who is a teacher. Close to town and amenities. Use of full house and facilities. Including broadband, washing machine, garden, room for bike storage in garage, off street parking available.

Will consider well behaved dogs.

I am looking for a respectful, tidy, clean and friendly person to share my home with an existing lodger. I now stay elsewhere but pop in weekly to get post etc.
