Room available for students/ profs

Hi,

Firstly, I noticed my name going on here as Landlord because of the spelling. I am female.

I have a fully furnished good sized single room available in a warm friendly house. There is wifi, parking and laundry facilities, kitchen and garden available.

There are buses every 15 minutes into the city centre and also only a 20 minute walk away into town.

The house is located in Ridings Mead- close to the hospital.
