I am a young mummy with a 7 year old son. We are renting a small double room in our large modern 3 bed house with large garden. Sky & broadband with multi room if wanted.
I work full time at a gym & my son is in school so we aren’t home much and we travel a lot- currently in Abu Dhabi for a month.
The room is fully furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and under bed storage. The bed is an ikea day bed, I have it as a single but you can have it as a double. Also have a large garage if needed.
Rent is £400 a month. We want someone professional, respectful and clean with the understanding this is a family home. Saying this, I often have girly mates over and do go out with friends a lot so would love to meet a like minded girl mate ❤️
