Self-contained annex

This self contained annex is part of our main house on a private estate. The Annex has its own entrance, parking and garden.

There is a double bed, table and chairs, TV and chest of drawers. A kitchen area has an oven, two hobs, microwave, toaster and kettle.

A cupboard / pantry contains more storage, hanging space and a fridge.

There is a spacious bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.

All bills, a weekly clean and laundry service are included.
Council tax band F.

The property is a 10-15 minute drive from Devizes, Melksham and Trowbridge.

We are a couple in our sixties who work, volunteer and study. Our niece who lives with us works from home - so good wifi is important. Her grandfather lives in another separate annex but this is on the other side of the property. He's a keen gardener so there may be free vegetables!

We have dogs but they are all secured within the main property and gardens.
