Large Studio - short term

Experienced live out landlady. I have available, from mid to end January 2026 a room for 3 to 7 nights a week. Can be any combination of nights. Minimum of 3 nights per week.
Will consider permanent for right match of person.

You will have your own private part of this detatched house. One other lodger currently has the other part until May. Totally private from each other. Double bedroom/lounge, own cooking area, seperate shower room, sun lounge. Garden, off street parking, washing machine, own fridge freezer, cooker, table etc. Dining area. Wifi.
Tv and double wardrobe.
Very private and plenty of space.
Quiet estate location. Close to Kennet and Avon canal in a lovely village.
Double driveway.
Consideration given to all requests. Even permanent.
Would also suit a student, contractor or person between houses/moving. Price per night for short stay is £30. All bills included.
I am a friendly landlady, working part-time and who lives next door. I am looking for someone who is tidy, respectful and friendly. However I value my privacy.
