Mon to Friday let, large double with own bathroom

Large upstairs double room, with loads of storage in detatched home available Monday to Friday. Parking, almost sole use of very modern bathroom, broadband, garden and use of kitchen, washing machine etc. Clean, modern home. Have two small friendly girl dogs but they do not go upstairs when room is rented. Available from end of July. Other people in the house are myself, 57 yr old professional female, and my mother who has a separate part of the house. Must be clean and tidy and fairly quiet. Friendly household, viewing welcome.
